Terms of Service

Effective date: April 16, 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating a Reveme account or using the Reveme service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Reveme. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Reveme LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Reveme," "we," "us").

You must be at least 18 years old to use Reveme.

2. The service

Reveme provides AI-powered coaching insights to help managers improve their 1-on-1 meetings. You upload or paste meeting transcripts, and we return structured behavioral observations and coaching recommendations.

Reveme is a coaching tool, not a substitute for professional HR, legal, or management consulting advice. Insights are generated by AI and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for how you apply them.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@reveme.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may only use Reveme for your own coaching and development. You may not resell, sublicense, or share account access with others.

4. Content and transcripts

You retain ownership of any transcripts and content you upload. By submitting content to Reveme, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any transcript you upload. Do not upload transcripts that contain sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary for coaching purposes, or transcripts of conversations where participants had a reasonable expectation of privacy and have not consented to AI analysis.

We do not use your transcript content to train AI models. Raw transcripts are processed in memory and discarded — only the structured coaching observations are stored.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Reveme for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Upload content you do not have the right to share
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
  • Use the service to build a competing product
  • Impersonate any person or entity

6. Subscription and billing

Free trial. New accounts receive 3 free sessions with no time limit and no credit card required.

Paid plans. After your free sessions, you can subscribe for $9.99/month or $99/year. Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from Settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds. We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first paid charge if you are not satisfied. Email support@reveme.ai. We do not offer refunds after 7 days or for renewal charges after you have continued using the service.

Price changes. We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

7. Intellectual property

The Reveme platform, including its software, design, techniques library, and AI prompts, is owned by Reveme LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any ownership rights in Reveme.

The coaching observations and insights generated from your sessions are yours to use for your personal and professional development.

8. Disclaimers

Reveme is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated insights will be accurate or complete.

AI coaching insights are generated automatically and may not reflect the full context of your management situation. Always apply your own judgment.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reveme LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service, with reasonable notice where possible.

Upon termination, your right to use Reveme ends. You can export your data before deleting your account.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice before material changes take effect. Continued use of Reveme after changes constitutes acceptance.
