Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Reveme is an AI-powered management coaching platform operated by Reveme LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. We help managers improve their 1-on-1 conversations by analyzing meeting transcripts and surfacing behavioral coaching insights.

2. What we collect

Account information. When you sign up we collect your name and email address via Clerk, our authentication provider.

Meeting transcripts. When you import a 1-on-1, we receive the transcript text you upload or paste. Transcripts are processed in memory and immediately discarded. We never store raw transcript text. Only the structured coaching observations derived from the analysis are saved.

Usage data. We store records of your coaching sessions (meeting date, direct report name, AI-generated summary and observations) to power your dashboard and weekly insights.

Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status — we never see or store full card numbers.

Communications. If you contact us by email we retain that correspondence.

3. How we use your data

• To provide the Reveme service — analyzing transcripts, displaying insights, computing patterns
• To send transactional emails (session analysis complete, weekly digest) — you can opt out in Settings
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To improve the service — we may review anonymized, aggregated patterns to improve our AI prompts and product
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your data. We do not use your transcript content or coaching observations to train AI models.

4. Third-party services

We use the following sub-processors to operate Reveme:

• Clerk — authentication and user identity
• Neon — PostgreSQL database hosting (US East region)
• Anthropic — AI analysis of transcripts. Anthropic's API processes transcript text solely to generate the coaching response and does not retain or train on your data per their API terms.
• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Vercel — application hosting

Each sub-processor is bound by their own privacy and security commitments. All data is processed in the United States.

5. Data retention

We retain your account data and session records for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all data is permanently deleted within 30 days. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Danger zone.

You can also export all your data at any time from Settings → Your data.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. Most of these actions are available directly in the app. For anything else, email privacy@reveme.ai and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have additional rights under GDPR/UK GDPR including the right to object to processing and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (TLS), encrypted database storage, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We will notify you promptly if a breach affecting your data occurs.

8. Children

Reveme is intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us at privacy@reveme.ai and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you by email or by a notice in the app before the changes take effect. Continued use of Reveme after changes constitutes acceptance.
